This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify both current and anticipated customer program needs through engaging discussions.
• Respond to customer inquiries by providing detailed product, service, and technical information.
• Organize and conduct training sessions along with pre-sales product demonstrations showcasing SFS products and capabilities.
• Act as the application and system integration specialist during customer interactions.
• Work closely with Sales and Program Management teams to enhance business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the integration of SFS software and hardware into customer systems.
• Function as the main point of contact between Sales and Engineering teams to address customer requirements.
• Execute on-site demonstrations, training, evaluations, testing, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system integration tasks.
• Analyze complex technical issues and devise solutions to uphold system uptime and reliability.
• Provide insights to engineering teams for implementing design enhancements based on field experiences.
• Educate end-users and internal personnel on proper system operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Document field activities, generate reports, and maintain precise records for compliance and quality assurance.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
• A combination of education and experience will be taken into account.
• Prior military experience or extensive knowledge of the US Defense industry is preferred.
• Experience working with government entities and DoD contractors is preferred.
• An active security clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret) is required.
• Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a remote location.
• Proven history of utilizing exceptional customer service skills to enhance sales capabilities for external clients.
• Ability to manage complex issues with analytical thinking and engage customers with enthusiasm.
• Demonstrated history of progressive leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required (approximately 30%).
