Field Service Technician – Weekends Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Install, convert, repair, remove, and maintain ATMs, AirVac systems, and various Cash Depot equipment.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to service calls.

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and carry out repairs.

• Execute ATM software updates and implement equipment upgrades.

• Clear ATM blockages and perform fundamental machine diagnostics.

• Escalate complex technical issues when additional assistance is necessary.

• Collaborate with dispatch to fulfill scheduled service requests.

• Perform service calls accurately and efficiently.

• Manage assigned inventory and communicate supply requirements.

• Ensure all service documentation, reports, and paperwork are completed accurately and punctually.

• Uphold performance standards related to service quality, efficiency, safety, and first-time fix rates.

• Foster positive relationships with customers.

• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and support teams.

• Address customer needs and concerns promptly.

• Represent Cash Depot professionally at all customer sites.

• Assist in training and ride-alongs as necessary.

• Provide support to fellow technicians when required.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

• Adhere to all company safety and security protocols.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.

• Eligibility for coverage under the company's vehicle insurance program.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and service demands.

• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle equipment necessary for the role.
