Field Service Technician – Ulm Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing of our heat pumps at customer locations and for system operators.

• Providing service-oriented advice to our clients, including heating contractors, both over the phone and on-site to ensure their satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in the technical field service throughout the wider area of your assignment.

• Taking on-call duty to deliver prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess technical expertise, enjoy working with heating solutions, and exhibit a strong customer-focused attitude along with a willingness to travel.

• You have completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as plumbing/HVAC installer (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician specializing in energy and building technology, or electrical installer; further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician is preferred.

• You have professional experience in field service or customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation).

• You hold a Category 1 refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein); having Category 2 is a plus.

• You possess a valid driving license (Class B).

• You have good proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
