
Field Service Technician – Robotics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Conduct diagnostics and suggest maintenance solutions.
• Execute repairs on various products.
• Support and guide customers on the usage and operation of our robots.
• Prepare intervention reports using CRM software.
• Oversee the inventory of remote/off-site spare parts.
• Provide maintenance training sessions.
• Ensure customer follow-up in coordination with the team.
• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of the service.
• A minimum of a Bac+2 (two-year) technical qualification or its equivalent.
• Previous successful experience in a comparable role, preferably in the maintenance or installation of specialized machinery.
• Strong foundational knowledge in mechanics, electrotechnics, industrial computing, and automation.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a rigorous approach.
