This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Perform all Level I installer duties and responsibilities by adhering to our thorough documentation to maintain the highest standards of service and installation.
• Exhibit outstanding organizational skills while managing project and service tickets, ensuring efficient communication and timely updates according to assignments.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of project scopes and service expectations, taking full responsibility for assigned tasks and consistently achieving excellent outcomes.
• Take on leadership roles by assigning tasks that align with the team's capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and productivity.
• In a leadership capacity, mentor Level 1 installers, uphold high standards, and actively seek their feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Establish and uphold effective communication channels with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers as required to ensure smooth project execution.
• Display expertise in nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products, contributing to the successful implementation of various projects.
• Pursue continuous professional development opportunities, focusing on leadership and communication skills to enhance contributions to the team.
• Effectively conduct Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) of products prior to installation, ensuring all systems comply with the highest quality and performance standards.
• Show proficiency in system configuration and the successful commissioning of systems, delivering clients reliable and fully operational solutions.
• Embrace the flexibility of the position by readily accepting additional job responsibilities that may arise during business operations, further enriching the dynamics of this position.
• At least 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
• Advanced understanding of electricity (both high and low voltage).
• Hands-on field experience from previous roles.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications (TCP/IP, general networking, computers, VoIP, etc.).
• Capability to identify and utilize common low voltage cabling.
• Maintain a working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings.
• Experience in team management or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record of completing projects within scope.
• Familiarity with service ticketing processes.
• Previous knowledge of fire systems, CCTV, intrusion systems, and emergency nurse call systems.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• A valid US Driver’s license is required.
