• Conduct preventive maintenance, perform diagnostics, and execute repairs on equipment in the safest and most efficient manner to minimize downtime.
• Work with a diverse range of makes, models, and equipment in challenging remote settings.
• Acquire new skills for career advancement in service or operations management.

• A high school diploma or GED is required; some trade school or equivalent training is preferred.
• 3-5 years of mechanical experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction machinery, or specialty lines equipment (including large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or Oil & Gas equipment) is highly preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary (individuals must be at least 21 years old, and a CDL license may be required in certain locations).
• Candidates may need to supply their own mechanic's tools.
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and troubleshooting principles is essential.
• Understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting principles is necessary.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) may be required based on the location's needs.
