Field Service Technician IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot surface wellhead systems

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Complete necessary documentation for records and reporting purposes

• Train and enhance the skills of technicians

• Conduct investigations into service quality concerns

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a minimum of five years experience in an Oil and Gas Service Technician position

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and typing in English

• Competent in using a computer or tablet, including MS Office applications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Valid driver's license and the capacity to pass a DOT Physical examination
