Field Service Technician – Installation & Repair, Windows and Doors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct advanced diagnostics, repairs, and installations of windows and doors.

• Supervise jobs involving multiple technicians.

• Perform water testing.

• Address escalated warranty issues.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and sales teams.

• Travel daily within the designated territory; overnight travel may be necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• AAMA Installation Training certification is preferred.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to pass an MVR check.

• 3–5 years of experience in general construction or building material installation is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in fenestration manufacturing or installation is preferred.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools.

• Capable of completing advanced diagnostics, repairs, and documentation.

• Strong knowledge of installation practices for windows and doors.
