Field Service Technician – Industrial Bandsaws

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Address end-user challenges by performing minor repairs, aligning, and calibrating equipment.

• Collaborate with Territory Account Manager(s) to oversee your territory, identify target opportunities, and manage service/maintenance requests for current customers.

• Leverage SFDC to gather and sustain data regarding products, machines, materials, end users, and distribution for both Lenox and competitor accounts.

• Keep abreast of industry developments by participating in trade shows and seminars while exploring innovative technologies.

• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot welding equipment for distributors.

• Inspire distributors and ensure that distributor sales personnel emphasize technical services as a value-added offering during sales.

• Recognize end-user applications to provide economical product recommendations that enhance customer quality in sawing operations.

• Coordinate and execute technical product and application solutions that deliver added value to customers, consumers, and sales representatives.

• Acquire, comprehend, and apply all elements of The Lenox Advantage, Site Survey Process, and reporting tool.

• Persuade customers of the merits of LENOX products by conducting product trials against competitors and showcasing the advantages of analyzing price versus cost.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair and/or practical experience in a shop production environment or similar.

• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a related discipline is preferred.

• Familiarity with hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is advantageous.

• Possess technical and mechanical skills to work effectively with tools and machines.

• Prior experience in industrial sales is preferred.
