• Address end-user issues by troubleshooting minor repairs, aligning, and calibrating equipment.
• Collaborate with Territory Account Manager(s) to oversee your territory, identify target opportunities, and manage service and maintenance requests for current customers.
• Use SFDC to gather and maintain information regarding products, machines, materials, end users, and distribution for both Lenox and competing accounts.
• Keep abreast of industry developments by attending trade shows and seminars and exploring innovative technologies.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot distributor welding equipment.
• Inspire distributors and ensure distributor sales personnel prioritize technical services as a value-added offering during sales.
• Recognize end-user applications to provide cost-effective product suggestions that enhance customer quality of sawing operations.
• Coordinate and execute technical product and application solutions that deliver value to customers, consumers, and sales representatives.
• Learn, comprehend, and apply all facets of The Lenox Advantage, Site Survey Process, and reporting tools.
• Persuade customers of the advantages of LENOX products by conducting product trials against competitors and demonstrating the benefits of analyzing price versus cost.
• 2-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair and/or hands-on experience in a production shop environment or equivalent.
• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is advantageous.
• Technical and mechanical skills to operate tools and machinery.
• Previous sales experience in industrial sales is preferred.
