This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provides on-call support and requires travel.
• Diagnoses, services, installs, and repairs Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray, and Cargo Inspection equipment at client locations.
• Maintains a field service log and filing system to effectively initiate, organize, and preserve all field service and job records until the work is finalized.
• Conducts follow-up communications with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the work performed.
• Accountable for addressing daily service repair needs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in the field; provides customer training as necessary.
• Completes all scheduled maintenance within the specified deadlines.
• Keeps current with all technical certifications.
• Associate’s Degree/Related Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical)/Military Training (electrical, mechanical, electronics).
• At least 3 years of experience directly related to troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer focus and teamwork.
• Must be promptly responsive to all customer inquiries at all times.
• Must be willing and able to travel on short notice.
