Field Service Technician I – Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary representative of the NCR Atleos brand at customer sites.

• Conduct basic troubleshooting at the module level and escalate issues when necessary.

• Utilize on-the-job training to address task-related challenges effectively.

• Adhere to safety and security protocols while servicing ATMs.

• Successfully complete NCR Atleos training and obtain necessary certifications.

• Diagnose ATM issues using error logs, the service application, and a company-issued mobile device.

• Carry out minor maintenance and repairs on both indoor and outdoor ATMs.

• Provide accurate and timely reports on work updates, details, and call closures.

• Manage parts inventory and maintain related documentation.

• Log hours worked and miles driven on a daily basis.

• Operate on a call-by-call dispatch system or adhere to a daily schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the defined geographic area.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.

• Reliable transportation for work-related tasks is essential.

• Proficiency in using an Android mobile phone is necessary.

• Willingness to travel for several hours during the workday, including in adverse weather conditions.

• Physical ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Capability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and work with hands while repetitively grasping and manipulating objects.

• Proof of minimum automobile insurance coverage: $100,000 bodily injury per person, $300,000 bodily injury per accident, and $100,000 property damage per accident.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, overtime, and flexible shifts.

• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons with potential exposure to environmental elements.

• High personal integrity and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

• Basic electrical and mechanical skills, aptitude, and knowledge are preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to learn new skills quickly under pressure.

• An Associate degree is preferred.

• Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment is advantageous.
