Field Service Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for addressing daily service repair requirements

• Installs, maintains, and repairs equipment on-site

• Records all inspections, maintenance, and repair activities

• Engages in Service Sales opportunities

• Upholds clear and effective business communication

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or a Related Trade Certification

• At least 1-3 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repairs of electrical and electronic systems

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with the MS Office Suite

• Must be available to respond to customer issues at all times

• Willingness and ability to travel on short notice
