Field Service Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for the NCR Atleos brand at customer sites.

• Resolve issues at a basic module level and escalate more complex problems as needed.

• Efficiently organize and manage time.

• Successfully complete NCR Atleos training programs and obtain necessary certifications.

• Identify ATM issues by analyzing error logs, utilizing the service application, and using a company-issued cell phone.

• Conduct minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.

• Accurately and promptly report work updates, tasks performed, and closure details of calls.

• Manage parts inventory and maintain associated records.

• Daily report of hours worked and miles traveled.

• Adhere to safety and security protocols while servicing ATMs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live within the designated geographic area.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

• Authorization to work in the United States is necessary.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.

• Reliable transportation is needed for work-related travel.

• Comfortable operating an Android cell phone.

• Willingness to travel for several hours during the workday, including in adverse weather conditions.

• Capability to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and repeatedly grasp and manipulate items.

• Proof of minimum insurance coverage: $100,000 bodily injury liability per person, $300,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage liability per accident.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, overtime, and/or variable shifts.

• Willingness to perform outdoor work in all seasons with exposure to the elements.

• Basic knowledge and skills in electrical and mechanical systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick learning aptitude for new skills.

• An Associate degree is preferred.

• Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment is desirable.
