Field Service Technician – HW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute designated periodic and preventative maintenance tasks on Linear Accelerators.

• Organize time effectively and uphold a daily/weekly schedule for maintenance responsibilities.

• Recognize and escalate incidents when appropriate.

• Timely complete and submit field service work orders and expense reports.

• Relay follow-up actions to the primary assigned representative.

• Regular use and application of technical documentation.

• Fundamental understanding of electronic, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.

• Familiarity with the basic operation of handheld testing equipment.

• Basic technical experience with micro-computers and PC-based systems.

• Basic technical knowledge and experience with simple hand tools.

• Maintain Vendor Credentialing status and ensure compliance.
