Field Service Technician – Eastern North Carolina

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver preventative maintenance and repair services for Arjo's medical devices.

• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of electromechanical systems.

• Emphasize high-quality service and cultivate customer relationships.

• Conduct technical diagnostics and provide repair cost estimates on medical equipment owned by customers.

• Support the Sales team in promoting company equipment.

• Increase revenue from Service Contracts through the acquisition and renewal of contracts.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Experience in repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment.

• Skills in electrical and mechanical assembly.

• Training and/or relevant certifications are preferred.

• Sales experience is a plus.

• Capability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.

• Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull weights of 75 pounds.
