Field Service Technician, Bad Sarrow, Frankfurt (Oder)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and system operators.

• Offering service-oriented guidance to our clients and heating companies both via phone and on-site to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in the technical field service within a broad radius of your designated area.

• Taking on on-call responsibilities with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as Anlagenmechaniker SHK (plumbing/heating technician), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; additional qualifications as a Meister (master craftsman) or state-certified technician are advantageous.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC/ventilation technology.

• Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is a plus.

• Valid driving license Class B.

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written.
