Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, service, and calibrate advanced machinery at customer sites.

• Exhibit exceptional customer service abilities and knowledge with a strong commitment and enthusiasm.

• Showcase your capability to acquire new skills on high-tech CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) using both mechanical and electronic proficiency.

• Complete necessary administrative documentation accurately and thoroughly.

• Be solutions-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment under pressure.

• Travel requirement is between 90-100% within the service region, including international travel as necessary.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

• Alternatively, a technical school diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Electronics or Industrial Mechanics.

• Or, training and experience obtained from a Military Technical School.

• Previous experience using hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems is mandatory.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.

• Willingness and ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.

• Regular and overtime work is expected.

• Capability to function in an industrial production shop floor setting.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude are essential.
