This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Install, repair, troubleshoot, service, and calibrate advanced technology machines at client sites.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and knowledge with a strong sense of passion and commitment.
• Show your capability to acquire new skills on advanced CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) through mechanical and electronic proficiency.
• Complete necessary administrative documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Be solutions-oriented with the ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and innovative setting.
• Travel requirement is 100% within the United States, with the possibility of international travel as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Minimum of a high school diploma, completed GED, or equivalent qualification.
• An AS/BS in Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, or training and experience from a Military Technical School, or 4 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Prior experience using hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment is essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including regular and overtime hours.
• Capability to work in an industrial production environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in installing and troubleshooting industrial electronics, machinery, or computer systems is preferred.
• Previous experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) installation and troubleshooting is advantageous but not mandatory.
