This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Fulfill all service requests within the designated territory.
• Execute field repairs, replace glass, and make operational adjustments on window and door products.
• Carry out field evaluations and inspections.
• Record work completed for each service call.
• Review daily schedules with the Service Scheduler to ensure efficient routing.
• Confirm appointments with customers prior to arrival.
• Offer feedback on both completed and outstanding service requests.
• Document the needs for follow-up appointments.
• Provide technical insights regarding product performance, operational challenges, and design flaws.
• Suggest modifications for product improvements.
• Operate the company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
• Manage and replenish parts and materials inventory in the assigned service vehicle.
• Communicate with dealers regarding the status of service issues.
• Act as a liaison between Insulate and end users.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred 1–2 years of experience in general construction or building material installation.
• Preferred 1–2 years of experience in fenestration manufacturing or installation.
• Understanding of various window types and their repair or replacement methods.
• Familiarity with tools such as glass cutters, drills, sealants, pry bars, caulk guns, and power tools.
• Knowledge of materials including wood, vinyl, aluminum, glass types, and other window components.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage and CRM systems.
• Capability to climb ladders.
• Ability to regularly lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Capacity to work in challenging positions and at heights.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Awareness of safety protocols for handling glass, working at heights, and using protective gear.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations related to window installation and repairs.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle safely and adhere to local laws.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
