Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake systems.

• Offer both on-site and remote technical assistance to ensure optimal machine functionality.

• Train customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software-related challenges.

• Complete comprehensive service documentation and reports.

• Keep technical documentation current and aid in parts identification.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and holiday assistance.

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory; an Associate's degree in Electronics, Robotics, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, or Press Brake machinery.

• Practical experience with the installation of industrial machinery or field service.

• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• A valid driver’s license and passport are required.

• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs and engage in physically demanding activities.

• Openness to working overtime and occasional weekends.
