Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake machinery.

• Deliver hands-on technical assistance both on-site and remotely.

• Educate customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Identify and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software systems.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with customers, becoming their reliable technical advisor.

• Enhance machine performance through regular maintenance and exceptional service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, Press Brake, or comparable industrial equipment.

• Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting.

• A valid driver's license and passport are mandatory.

• A customer-centric approach with outstanding communication skills.

• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.

• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to new environments.
