This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Install and configure software applications and hardware peripherals at client locations.
• Provide training to customers on equipment usage and review instructional materials.
• Assist in revenue growth by generating sales leads and offering billable professional services.
• Implement solutions both remotely and on-site.
• Keep abreast of industry knowledge related to Pitney Bowes.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle for daily travel.
• Capability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 55 lbs, with or without accommodation.
• Extensive familiarity with a Windows environment and basic understanding of PC interactions with automated equipment.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule that includes travel as required and overtime when necessary.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background investigation.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (accommodations will be considered).
