Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service that enhances client satisfaction, loyalty, and trust.

• Identify, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems to minimize downtime and prevent callbacks.

• Install, maintain, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are thoroughly trained and confident in its operation.

• Oversee a multi-zip-code area within 45 minutes of Portland, Maine, with up to 80% of your time dedicated to driving.

• Utilize hand tools and small power tools to conduct repairs, maintenance, and installations.

• Always uphold a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be comfortable with extensive driving and working independently in the field.

• Must enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components.

• Ability to lift over 55 lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for prolonged periods.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation is required.

• Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking is preferred.

• Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment is preferred.
