• Execute field installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP systems.
• Guarantee the quality of work by adhering to established procedures and safety standards.
• Complete field service documentation and job reports with accuracy.
• Effectively communicate with field leadership and clients.
• Maintain all equipment and tools issued by the company.
• Comply with all NOV HSE and operational policies.
• Coordinate on-site activities with supervisors and engineers.
• Report incidents, near misses, and unusual conditions at the job site.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in safety meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with ESP systems is preferred.
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems is advantageous.
• Strong reading comprehension, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Capability to lift equipment and work in outdoor oilfield settings.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and electronic job reporting tools.
