This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations to deliver service and support.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across all equipment.

• Conduct training sessions for customers on standard Munters equipment.

• Provide technical insights on equipment by submitting comprehensive field service reports.

• Engage with customers in a professional, service-oriented manner through face-to-face interactions, written communication, and effective phone skills.

• Encourage sales and service related to company equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Completion of HVAC school or similar education

• 3-5 years of experience in the commercial or industrial HVAC sector, or a combination of relevant work experience and successful completion of HVAC/R vocational training

• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80%)

• Ability to obtain a CFC Certification within 90 days of employment

• Familiarity with HVAC/Refrigeration systems and their components

• Basic understanding of electrical schematics
