This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Independently identifying and resolving networking, electrical, or mechanical issues related to fitness equipment and entertainment consoles.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Establishing strong relationships with customers and sales partners.
• Overseeing daily workload and scheduling to provide optimal service to customers and the business.
• Traveling within the assigned territory primarily using a company-provided van.
• Keeping detailed service records and reports regarding equipment issues encountered in the field.
• Collaborating with the Sales team and the wider Service team.
• Participating in installations and attending regional trade shows.
• Adhering to Life Fitness Health & Safety procedures.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in providing technical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair services for fitness equipment or similarly complex products.
• High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree in electronics or a related technical field is preferred.
• Robust working knowledge of WiFi connectivity, power electronics, as well as digital and analog circuits, including AC and DC power systems.
• Capability to cultivate excellent relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, results-driven, and accountable.
• Must be physically capable of lifting between 50 to 100 pounds; carrying up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 feet; standing, bending, and/or kneeling for up to two hours consecutively.
• A valid state driver's license is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% of the time by automobile (and occasionally by airplane).
