Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Improve customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service.

• Perform installation of components and low voltage wiring on customer ceilings, primarily in cleanroom settings.

• Install localized and in-tool ionization equipment.

• Conduct maintenance on various types of static control systems.

• Coordinate visits and installations directly with customers.

• Adhere to the work instructions provided by the service manager or senior field technician on projects, occasionally completing smaller tasks during individual trips.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of all service-related activities.

• Create a variety of customer reports.

• Maintain safe working practices and procedures at all times.

• May need to work weekends and/or evenings based on company requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience utilizing hand tools, with strong hand dexterity.

• Capability to read, understand, and interpret technical information related to mechanics and electronics.

• Proficient in interpreting schematic and electrical diagrams.

• Basic understanding of low voltage electrical systems.

• Commitment to quality.

• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage challenging and high-pressure customer situations.

• Strong time management, prioritization, and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and environments.

• Exceptional administrative and organizational skills.

• A sense of urgency, demonstrating the motivation to take action and prioritize daily tasks strategically to ensure all customers are attended to.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
