Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Improve customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service

• Complete the installation of components and low voltage wiring on customer ceilings

• Install localized and in-tool ionization equipment

• Perform maintenance on various types of static control systems

• Coordinate visits and installations directly with customers

• Adhere to the work instructions provided by the service manager or senior field technician

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of all service-related activities

• Generate a variety of customer reports

• Maintain safe working practices and procedures at all times

• Willingness to work weekends and/or evenings based on company needs

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with hand tools

• Capability to read, understand, and interpret technical information related to mechanics and electronics

• Basic understanding of low voltage electrical systems

• Commitment to quality

• Strong skills in customer service and relations

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Effective time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations

• Excellent administrative and organizational capabilities

• Sense of urgency

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Trade school certificate or associate’s degree in a maintenance or electronics-related field is preferred

• Preferred experience of 2+ years in the construction industry

• Previous experience in clean room environments
