This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer installation manuals to execute assigned projects.
• Assess and test components of natural gas, propane, and electrical systems, including tanks, regulators, and injectors.
• Carry out the removal, installation, and modification of Natural Gas and Propane fuel systems.
• Operate safely with high-pressure systems exceeding 3600 psi.
• Conduct mobile field diagnostics and repair work on natural gas and propane fuel systems.
• Evaluate required repairs and make informed decisions regarding the most effective repair strategy.
• Lead the field repair team during various campaigns.
• Act as the on-site point of contact; assess situations and determine the best course of action while keeping customers updated on repair progress and status.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support for products.
• Engage positively, courteously, and professionally with customers, sales teams, and other service colleagues to foster long-term partnerships.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Agility's products.
• Timely completion of necessary contact and service reports, including call reports, performance evaluations, product analyses, and expense reports.
• Stay informed about relevant local and national codes where applicable.
• Collect Voice of Customer feedback whenever feasible to enhance products and processes.
• Willingness to travel 60% - 80% of the time, with the flexibility to depart on short notice to meet customer needs.
• Assist with kit assembly as required.
• SAE automotive certification or equivalent technical training is required.
• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in natural gas or transportation sectors.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation.
• Proficiency in professional verbal and written communication with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to enhance efficiency.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior experience or ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is essential.
• Previous experience or ability to read and understand electrical schematics is necessary.
• A strong electrical background is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and a clean criminal background/driving record are mandatory.
• Must be able to obtain CNG inspector certification within six months of the hire date.
