This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep customers informed about progress during maintenance or system downtime.
• Execute machine installations, Engineering Change Notices affecting system upgrades, and Hardware/Software upgrades that may need technical assistance.

• Comply with safety guidelines and policies, complete necessary Environmental Health & Safety training, and promptly report any job site accidents (related to injury or property damage).
• Currently enrolled in or have completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields, such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing are preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in personal computers, particularly Microsoft Office, navigating network sites, and email communication.
• Strong logical troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to isolate issues at the PCB or component level.
• Capability to effectively interpret electric schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.
• Experience in repairing high-speed paper handling machines such as check sorters, mail sorters, currency sorters; experience with ATMs or copier machines is preferred.
• 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience is preferred, including aviation, medical equipment, vending machine repair, or military repair experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• While some computer knowledge is essential, this position primarily focuses on electro-mechanical repair.
• The ideal candidate may have some PC knowledge, but this role is not intended for IT or help desk professionals.
• A company van will be provided, and you will drive daily from your home to customer sites, making it crucial to live within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned territory.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unaided.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods, as well as frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist.
• Must be available to work at all customer sites as required, including financial institutions, casinos (gaming licensing may be necessary post-hire), truck stops, recreational parks, retail stores, etc.
• Ability to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotational basis to meet business needs.
• Must be available for an on-call rotation, typically once every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends; 24/7 availability may occasionally be required.
• Must be able to drive to customer sites during working hours.
• Occasional travel outside your assigned territory, including air travel and overnight stays, may be necessary.
• Ability to accommodate limited accessibility at job sites.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
