• Oversee all facets of customer service and support for our clients.
• Independently diagnose and repair a range of high-speed cash-handling machinery.
• Monitor and manage inventory of parts and tools.
• Keep updated on the latest technical and functional developments of GLORY equipment.
• Currently pursuing or have completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing are preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in using personal computers, particularly Microsoft Office, navigating network sites, and email communication.
• Strong logical troubleshooting skills with the ability to pinpoint issues at the PCB or component level.
• Capacity to effectively interpret electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.
• Experience in repairing high-speed paper handling devices like check sorters, mail sorters, currency sorters; experience with ATMs or copiers is a plus.
• Preferred 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience, including aviation, medical equipment, vending machine repair, or military repair experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• While some computer knowledge is necessary, the primary focus of this position is on electro-mechanical repairs.
• A company van will be provided, and you will travel from home to customer sites daily. Therefore, residing within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned territory is essential.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unaided.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods and frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist.
• Must be willing to work at various customer locations, including financial institutions, casinos (gaming licenses may be required post-hire), truck stops, recreational parks, retail stores, etc.
• Availability to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotating schedule to meet business demands.
• Must be part of an on-call rotation, generally once every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends, with 24/7 coverage potentially required on rare occasions.
• Must be able to drive to customer locations during working hours.
• Occasional travel outside your designated territory, including air travel and overnight stays, may be necessary.
• Ability to accommodate limited accessibility at job sites.
• Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
