Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake machinery.

• Deliver hands-on technical assistance both on-site and remotely.

• Educate customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, establishing yourself as their trusted technical partner.

• Enhance machine performance through routine maintenance and exceptional service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, Press Brake, or comparable industrial machinery.

• Proficient troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• A customer-centric attitude coupled with outstanding communication skills.

• Self-driven with the capability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to new environments.

• Valid driver's license and passport are mandatory.
