This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identifies, assesses, and carries out necessary service tasks, including repairs, scheduled maintenance, and installations.
• Offers reliable support to customers through technical assistance via phone.
• Documents any noticed discrepancies from quality standards of the product.
• Ensures that all required documentation is precise and current.
• Participates in product-specific training as needed.
• A technical degree or higher in electronics or a related discipline.
• At least 5+ years of technical experience in the medical device or healthcare sector.
• Substantial experience in field service operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proven communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent time management abilities are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with service-related or inventory management software.
