This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Identifies, analyzes, and executes necessary service orders, including repairs, planned maintenance, and installations within the designated service area.
• Offers ongoing support to key clients through technical phone assistance, product installations, and field service support.
• Provides insights on product issues and trends observed in the field, contributing to the development of effective solutions.
• Ensures that all required documentation, emails, vendor credentialing, expense reports, and training materials are accurate and current.
• Maintains tools, supplies, parts, and other resources in good condition and adequately stocked.
• Ensures that maintenance and services are executed according to established plans when applicable.
• Participates in product-specific training as required.
• A technical degree or higher in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of technical experience with increasing responsibility is required, specifically in the medical device or related healthcare industry.
• Significant experience with field service work is necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Must have excellent analytical abilities.
• A valid driver's license in good standing and a satisfactory driving record are required.
• Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines are necessary.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills is essential, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with service-related or inventory control software is required.
