Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct maintenance, servicing, and installation of environmental and process measurement devices.

• Organize and document maintenance and service operations.

• Address customer inquiries related to technical issues through remote support.

• Perform independent problem analysis and devise solutions, collaborating with our technical experts as necessary.

• Participate in on-call duties (including weekends) on a collegial rotation among all service technicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technician qualification in electrical engineering, process engineering, computer science, or vocational training in a technical field with relevant practical experience.

• Strong knowledge in electrical engineering, automation, and/or mechatronics.

• Responsible and independent working style, paired with a team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of diverse tasks.

• Capability to work at heights and a strong focus on quality.

• Valid driver's license (Class B).

• Business-fluent in German and a solid working proficiency in English.
