This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Installs, troubleshoots, and offers technical maintenance for both product and component hardware and software, predominantly at customer locations.
β’ Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and additional services, while also performing minor product repairs within a designated territory.
β’ Evaluates products for proper functionality and addresses identified issues, escalating them as per established protocols when necessary.
β’ Organizes service schedules, completes all required documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided and their understanding of product features.
β’ Required education or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and experience in Field Services.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Valid driver's license and a driving record that fulfills DN's fleet criteria.
