This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Installs, troubleshoots, and provides technical maintenance for ATMs, retail, and other equipment within a designated customer area.
• Conducts all incident management, preventive maintenance, IMAC/R, and customer training tasks as follows: Incident Management: Utilizes diagnostic tools to troubleshoot through comprehensive analysis of hardware and software issues.
• Executes hardware repairs at the component level.
• Cleans and adjusts mechanical components as necessary.
• Configures and installs relevant software.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conducts routine checks in accordance with documented procedures.
• Replenishes consumables as instructed.
• IMAC/R: Installs, relocates, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.
• Customer Training: Educates and trains customers on the operation and usage of installed hardware and software.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Identifies technical or process-related issues, informs management, and suggests improvement strategies.
• Education or equivalent work experience is necessary.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Service, with prior exposure to ATM cash systems being highly desirable.
• Ideally, should have experience in one of the following areas: IT, EPOS, Break Fix, or Customer Support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet requirements are required.
