• Acquires knowledge of practices and procedures related to Field Service Technician roles.
• Under supervision or in collaboration with experienced technicians, carries out various tasks including:
• Incident Handling: Employs diagnostic tools to troubleshoot by performing a thorough analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Executes hardware repairs at the component level.
• Cleans and adjusts mechanical parts as needed.
• Configures and installs relevant software applications.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conducts routine inspections in accordance with established procedures.
• Replenishes consumables as instructed.
• IMAC/R: Installs, relocates, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.
• Customer Training: Educates and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Engages in regular training sessions for hardware and software (including on-the-job, classroom, and online formats).
• Contributes to the implementation of strategies to meet agreed-upon KPIs.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
• **Required Qualifications**
• - Education or equivalent work experience is necessary.
• - A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services is required.
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• - A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet requirements.
