Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Prioritizes and schedules service calls in accordance with customer service level agreements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Communicates with customers to inform them of the estimated arrival time.

• Promotes high-quality service and follows through to ensure the completion of the call.

• Escalates service requests as necessary for resolution.

• Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring effective communication and exhibiting professional behavior and appearance.

• Performs basic installation functions (e.g., pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks).

• Conducts technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, cards, and bills.

• Supports service technicians by performing preventive maintenance inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Equivalent education or work experience required.

• Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and field service experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets the DN fleet requirements.
