This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Installs, troubleshoots, and offers technical maintenance for ATMs, retail, and other equipment within a designated customer and/or product area.
β’ Conducts all incident management, preventive maintenance, IMAC/R, and customer training tasks as follows: Incident Management: Employs diagnostic tools for troubleshooting through comprehensive analysis of hardware and software issues.
β’ Executes hardware repairs at the component level.
β’ Cleans and calibrates mechanical components.
β’ Configures and installs relevant software.
β’ Preventive Maintenance: Conducts routine inspections according to established procedures.
β’ Replenishes consumables as instructed.
β’ IMAC/R: Installs, relocates, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.
β’ Customer Training: Educates and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
β’ Education or equivalent professional experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 2-4 years of pertinent experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Service.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Possession of a driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria.
