This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Prioritizes and organizes service calls based on customer service level agreements to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Reaches out to customers to inform them of the estimated time of arrival.
• Advocates for high-quality service and ensures that calls are completed satisfactorily.
• Escalates service requests as necessary to achieve resolution.
• Maintains customer satisfaction through effective communication and a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Executes basic installation tasks (e.g., pulling cables, mounting devices, and installing locks).
• Carries out technical fixes such as clearing paper, card, and bill jams.
• Assists service technicians by conducting preventive maintenance inspections.
• Develops an understanding of operational standards, practices, and procedures.
• Required education or equivalent work experience.
• At least 0-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Firstline Field Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Possession of a driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet requirements.
