This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Deliver field service work efficiently to achieve cost and time goals.
• Ensure that TOMRA Food sorting machines are performing optimally to surpass customer expectations.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer support processes.
• Execute installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as needed.
• Provide thorough training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our systems.
• Keep precise and detailed field reports to assist administrative follow-up procedures.
• Travel domestically up to 80% of the time.
• Technical training at BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in French and the ability to comprehend spoken and written English (minimum B2) is essential for this position.
• Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, mainly within France, with occasional international travel and flexible working hours.
• Strong understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
