This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
β’ Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of both hardware and software products, primarily at customer locations.
β’ Conducts routine inspections, cleaning, and other services while performing minor repairs on products within a designated area.
β’ Evaluates products to ensure proper functionality, addressing any identified issues or escalating them as per established protocols.
β’ Arranges service schedules, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to guarantee satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product features.
β’ Required education or equivalent professional experience.
β’ At least 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria.
