Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of both hardware and software products, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts routine inspections, cleaning, and other services while performing minor repairs on products within a designated area.

• Evaluates products to ensure proper functionality, addressing any identified issues or escalating them as per established protocols.

• Arranges service schedules, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to guarantee satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required education or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria.
