Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and conducts technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.

• Delivers scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, and performs minor repairs on products within a designated territory.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality and addresses any identified issues, escalating them according to established protocols when necessary.

• Arranges services, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided and clarity regarding product operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education or equivalent practical experience is required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria.
