
Field Service Technician

• Installs, troubleshoots, and delivers technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.
• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, and performs minor repairs on products within a designated territory.
• Evaluates products for proper functionality and addresses identified issues, escalating them as per established protocols when necessary.
• Organizes service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product operations.
• Educational qualifications or equivalent work experience are mandatory.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the requirements of DN's fleet policies are necessary.
