Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and performs technical maintenance on product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and additional services while executing minor product repairs within a designated territory.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality, addressing identified issues and/or escalating them according to established protocols.

• Organizes service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to guarantee satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background or equivalent professional experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and field services experience is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving history that meets DN's fleet criteria.
