This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Acquires knowledge of Field Service Technician methodologies and protocols.
• Under supervision or alongside more seasoned technicians, carries out one or more of the following tasks: Incident Management: Employs diagnostic tools to troubleshoot by thoroughly analyzing hardware and software malfunctions.
• Executes hardware repairs at the component level.
• Cleans and adjusts mechanical components as needed.
• Configures and installs relevant software.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conducts regular inspections following documented procedures.
• Replenishes consumables as instructed.
• IMAC/R: Installs, relocates, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.
• Customer Training: Educates and trains customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Engages in regular training sessions for hardware and software (including on-the-job, classroom, and online formats).
• Contributes to the implementation of strategies to meet agreed-upon KPIs.
• Aids in special projects as assigned.
• **Required Qualifications**
• A relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
