• Installs, troubleshoots, and offers technical upkeep for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.
• Conducts routine inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as performing minor repairs on products within a designated area.
• Evaluates products for proper functionality, addresses any identified issues, and escalates them according to established protocols.
• Organizes service schedules, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product features.
• Required education or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria.
