Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and performs technical maintenance on hardware and software for products and components.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and additional services, as well as performing minor repairs on products.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality and addresses any identified issues.

• Organizes service appointments, manages necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers regarding service execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a comparable mix of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving history that meets DN's fleet qualifications.
